Many Fellows enjoy the experience of learning a new language skill, at the same time as the challenges of their research project work.

A basic grasp of Japanese helps Fellows fully appreciate the time spent in Japan. Toshiba Fellows are given an opportunity to learn Japanese during the Programme. And of course, Toshiba staff also like to practice their English skills with you!
